Hello,

I have 2 problems. I know that i am newbie, but still.

I need somehow to create field on business-central Standard Sales - Invoice word report.

1. i want to create label but with translation. yes i created labels (simple extenreport, then { label{and label names}}), generate translation file, but. File only translate by user language, not customer language. how to change that ?

2. i need create document no but without text. ( now documentno is spi0001, but i want to make just 0001)

maybe someone could give me lesson how to do this ?

Hi

for 2nd question you can change the no series in setup for the no’s to be changed from spi0001 to 0001

but it’s recommended to have characters in front of the numbers

As for the first question, is the Language Code of the invoice empty? The language of the report does not refer to the Customer master data, but the language of the order/invoice. If it is empty, the language set by the user in My settings will be used. You can check it first.

As for the second question, if you want to modify the definition of all numbers, just go to No. Series and modify it.

But if you just want to hide the text when printing, this requires some text processing.

@YUN ZHU, yes in page inspection language code is enu but still report field is translated by user language...

@YUN ZHU, yes in advanced settings when i choose en-us, report is translating, but by default( when advanced settings is empty), translating by user language and looks weird, because half invoice by customer language and another half (which i tried to program) is translating by user language.. :/
