Aggregating Surveys; Define Correlation to Single Survey Question

How can we correlate drivers (regression analysis of the other questions/responses within a survey) to the responses to a single/consistent question across all my customer surveys?

My assumption is surveys (in MSD VoC App) are stand-alone studies and the responses cannot be aggregated to demonstrate a correlation to a specific response to consistent question/response.

Hello!  Did you find an answer to your question?

I'm currently wondering how or if I can reuse questions across multiple surveys; I imagine we are both looking for the same end-result. If every survey we publish has one consistent question in it, can I examine all responses to that individual question, regardless of survey?

Thanks and best of luck to you,

    Hey Tricia,

I never did get an answer to my question via the community.  We engaged directly with the VOC product team at MS and they couldn’t help us but committed to getting an answer to us eventually.  If our luck changes, I’ll circle back with you.

Are you a CX or customer insight lead for your company?

I'm just a CRM Administrator attempting to move away from decentralized survey tools to a single system for survey management (generation, distribution, contact management, reporting, metrics, etc.)

    Best,

    Tricia

The VoC solution will work for what you have described within MSD CRM.  The aggregation of data for reporting (beacon metric to driver correlation) requires PowerBI manual work.
