In test CRM I has created a couple of case forms and created new business process flows but they are not working.
Currently if I change the status to waiting, the timer is supposed to stop.

is the record under Price & Availablity SLA ? if Yes, Set to Allow if you wan to allow for pause , this could be the reason why they couldnt pause .
allow pause and resume was that the difference
