Issue with Customer Card Web Service in Power BI After Business Central V26 Update

Hello Team Support,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the web service for the Customer Card page, which I use in Power BI reports. When attempting to connect using the legacy OData feed, the query keeps loading indefinitely and eventually times out and returns the following error,

"DataSource.Error: Dynamics365BusinessCentral: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. (Child Session task was terminated because of a timeout. CorrelationId: 4083984d-596a-49df-82bd-900a1bb997f7.)"

This issue started occurring after the recent Business Central v26 update.

Additionally, when I try to edit and republish the dataset via the Web Services page, I receive the following error:

"The Tenant Web Service OData does not exist. Identification fields and values: Tenant Web Service ID='Tenant Web Service: Page,testCustomerCard'

I have not encountered this error before and would appreciate your guidance. Could you please confirm whether there were any changes to web service behavior in the v26 release or if any additional setup is now required?

Notably, all other published web services are working as expected — this issue appears to affect only the Customer Card web service.

Please Help.

SOAP web services is deprecated and will be removed in BC29.

Thank you Everyone.

It means all the other pages exposed as OData web services will also be removed in next upcoming updates.

Please suggest any alternative solution to expose these pages to my Power BI reports.

We have a similar issue with the customer card page 21 through Odata, and so far only this page.

It started Friday May 16th. 2025.

As I understand the Odata should still work and not be removed until 2027?

All our other Odata connections still work fine.

For some reason, our customer card page 21 through Odata now times out in the power bi service.
It has never done so before. Something must have happened in wave 1 that caused this.
We are not getting errors other than a timeout - also in power bi desktop.
