Hi,

I am fed up to enter the Authentication again and again whenever I am trying to publish with Debug or without debug the code from AL code. Not sure if any have an idea How we can get rid of the authentication screen not to ask every time I publish, or can we save our credential somewhere in setting so that I publish N number of times my AL code without putting the authentication.

    Hello,

I do not think this is standard behavior. Could you please disable the MFA for this specific development account and see if the behavior changes. It could also be that there is a conditional access policy in Azure that requires authentication all the time (persistent browser I believe it is called).

    Thank you.

    Hello Marco,

Not sure about the conditional access if we can disallow Visual studio code from there, but yes I have asked my team to disable my MFA, let me get an update, will update you too as well.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello Nitin,

Ofcourse only for a small period of testing the behavior and for one test account only. Microsoft recommends to enable MFA all the time. If there is a conditional access policy in place, then I would look for persistent browser session which is an option in the policy. I believe this causes the behavior of reauthentication.

    Hi, Nitin Verma

You can disable or enable MFA from the Azure Active Directory.

Please follow below steps for the same

    >>Login at Home - Microsoft Azure, with your account.

    >>After login, type 'Azure Active Directory' on the search bar and open Azure Active Directory Page

    >> From the left side penal, choose Properties tab

    >>From the bottom of the page you can see link named as "Manage security Defaults", click on that link.

    >> From that window you can select 'No' to disable MFA
