Since upgrading from CRM4.0 to CRM2011 the Address book provider is not populating outlook i.e. there is no CRM Contacts address book visible in Outlook. .
Accounts, Queues etc appear as address books but are empty. Using Outlook 2010
Also when tracking e-mail the contacts are not resolved but can be resolved manually. I am sure this isconnecteds to the ABP.
I have set the options to show all contacts etc and synchronised but to no effect.
No idea where to start on this.

I have the same question (0)Problem eventually tracked to the e-mail field format being changed from e-mail to text during upgrade. Microsoft engineer had to edit the metadata table to fix.
