Currency Table in D365 BC Online is not being updated when Currency Exchange Rate Table is Updated

I set up the Currency Exchange Rate Service in accordance with the article I found at https://www.innovia.com/blog/how-automate-currency-exchange-rate-updates-business-central-nav

The Currency Exchange Rate Service works, and the Currency Exchange Rate Table gets updated properly as expected as shown below.

//

//

The problem is the Currency Table is not updated.

//

Is the Currency Table supposed to be updated automatically once the Currency Exchange Rate Table is updated?

What connects the two with regard to the update process?

The article whose steps I followed implied that the Currency table is automatically updated.

However it is not, and that is what I need to understand and fix.

Any help, guidance, suggestions, and/or advise and instructions, would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same question (0)

    1. Where are you opening the Currency Exchange Rate Table from? Do you open it by clicking Preview in the Currency Exchange Rate Service?

    2. In the Currency Exchange Rate Service can you click on Job Queue Entry and review the status of the Job Queue? In here, check the Status field, the Recurrence FastTab, and the Log Entries

    Valentin, to answer your questions:

    Yes – we open it by clicking Preview in the Currency Exchange Rate Service?

    The currency exchange rate service Job Queue shows everything is correct per the below, and is the reason why I posted this question, because something is clearly wrong somewhere and I don't know where to look.

    Any further help, advice, guidance, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    What you see in the Currency Exchange Rate Table when you click Preview is just like the name implies, a preview. It's not actually downloading and saving the rates in the system.

    The job queue is what will download the rates in the Currency Table. Can you go to the Log Entries of the job queue, what do you see in there?
