I have a purchase order dated 01/01/2020.
The item was arrived at 05/01/2020. In my purchase order, i going to make post a receive with 05/01/2020. In which field I can put in the receive date ?

It is the "Posting Date" which needs changing here. The knock on result of posting a purchase receipt is the item ledger entries being updated and subsequently finance related tables - value entries and G/L entries. So that the posting sits in the relevant day/week/month/quarter/year you need to update the mentioned field. When doing receipts off of a PO it will copy all the date fields as is on the PO at the time of selecting that function.
Thanks for the answer . My scenario will be My vendor Send me the shipment on 5/1/2020 , so I will update into posting date . The vendor invoice date come with date 31/1/20. It means I shall update Into posting date and post invoice . Right ?
yes you can change the date again if you receipt and invoice at different stages.
