Event registration link does not work

I have several Events set up, and I have sent out registration links to participants, and there has been no problem initially, but all of a sudden none of our links work. This regards several different events. When clicking the registration link it loads a new tab but its completely blank.

Like i said, this has worked previously as we have several participants admitted. But all of a sudden its gone.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you access the event through the URL? Same issue?

--Try to change other browsers or clear browser cache to teat gain.

Did you use the marketing form to register?

If so, you can check the form, or create another new form to replace it.

Allow anyone to register, not just those you've added to the invitation list.

1 Select your event.

2 From the left-hand navigation, click Registration, then Registration Process.

3 If applicable, select a registration path.

4 Click Open Site Designer.

5 Click the Registration Page dropdown in the top-left of the canvas.

6 Click the User-added image icon to the right of the registration path.

7 Scroll down to the Privacy Settings section and set "Who can register for the event?" to Open to the public.

8 Click Apply.

9 Click Publish to make this available to invitees.

Problem solved: Apparently there is a key(license?) that expired this weekend, making our account invalid, hence the blank pages - according to our customer service. All fixed now! Thanks for help.
