We got a problem with a specific case that we cannot resolve. Multiple users with different permissions tried it, including an Admin, and we all get the same error message about we are offline and should check our Network connection. The users are not in the same building, not even the same country so it can't be that.
This is the error Details log:
Exception Message: This operation failed because you're offline. Reconnect and try again.
ErrorCode: -2146881533
HexErrorCode: 0x80093003
Any ideas why this could happen?
We had a similar issue, if you clicked the resolve case nothing happened.
The work around we found was to double click on resolve case and then the popup window appears as per normal.
