    Hi there 👋

    Thanks for your question!

The issue you're experiencing is a common one when using the “Respond to a Power App or flow” action in Power Automate. This action is designed to return data back to Power Apps, but it must be used correctly within the flow structure.

Here are a few things to check:

    1. Trigger type
Make sure your flow is triggered by “Power Apps” and not another trigger. The “Respond to Power Apps” action only works when the flow is initiated from Power Apps.

    2. Flow structure
The “Respond to Power Apps” action should be the last step in your flow. If placed incorrectly or if the flow ends before reaching it, the response won’t be sent and the flow may not behave as expected.

    3. Power Apps formula
Double-check the formula used in your submit button. It should be something like:
      PowerApps.Run(param1, param2)
And you should capture the response if needed.

    4. Error handling
Add error handling or logging to see if the flow is failing silently before reaching the response step.

If removing the “Respond to Power Apps” makes the flow work, consider whether you actually need to return data to Power Apps. If not, you can safely omit it.

    Hope this helps!
