    Hi Bansri,

There is no such type of license available with Dynamics CRM 2013 Online.

You buy license for an Active User which can be deactivated at any given point and the same license can be assigned to other person for use. One person for one license can be active at a time.

    Bansri,

No, only the CAL (Registered User License and with the status = Enable that will be counted).

    Download this guide:

    www.google.com/url;rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CB8QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fdownload.microsoft.com%2Fdocuments%2Fuk%2Flicensing%2Fresources%2FCustomer_Spotlight_November_2013.pdf&ei=-yrPVLqTFcTl8AW46IG4Cg&usg=AFQjCNGH9hSIS6Rf3_pvnXm0R4l06GzjBQ&sig2=_HMgKfSUloMbnISZw5nzfA&bvm=bv.85076809,d.dGc

    And see this:

    blogs.infostrat.com/.../estimating-cost-of-dynamics-crm_5.html

And just additional info for you.

You can have only 1 license for a small team (3 people for example_, for example and then can be used by the whole time concurrently, so only 1 license for them.

But all of the record will be under 1 name, it is good for budget, but for data control, all users using 1 User, you dont know who is the actual user create that record, so that you can try to store MAC address or whatever.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

there is no concurrent user License for CRM online and on-premise. FOr on-premise  crm there is a Client Access License based on device and Client Access License based on user.

If your users work in shift and share same machine than you go with the "Client Access License based on device" to save money on license. If your users work at the same time than you need to with  Client Access License based on user.

check the below post that provides details on the CAL type license

    www.microsoft.com/.../client-access-license.aspx
