Mass Add User Access to New Company

Hello,
We have created a new company in production and I need to give about 100 existing users access to it.  Is there a way to achieve this without going one by one?  I considered a macro, but based on the user company access window format I don't think it would be possible.

    Well, I did all the updates by hand, but would love to know if there are any alternatives any of you have used.  Thanks!

    Hi Jim,

    Actually, a macro should work just fine so long as you don't add any users or companies before you run it. You cannot do it at the database level because when you check the box, SQL adds a database user to the company. Did you try recording a macro? You would want to use the 'mail-merge' technique. You need to refer to the users by number matching the order they appear in the list box, and not their name.

    Hi Leslie!

    I didn't even attempt a macro based on other issues I've had in the past with scrolling windows.  However, knowing that you've done it, I will try next time.  Trust me, it was painful to go user by user giving access.... we all know the feeling of mundane mouse clicking where there are automated options!
