Performance issue when loading many lines within a purchase order

Performance has decreased significantly when generating purchase orders with high volumes of item lines (Greater than 50 lines).
I tried to clean the Purchase Order History (Purchase Order History Cleanup), but the performance is still completely low.

You're asking in D365 general forum, but your question clearly is about a particular application. Is it F&O?

You are right, it is from F&O, I just don't know how to share it in that part. I would like to know what settings I can make to avoid this poor performance.

Hi Santiagotm,

Can you explain what exactly you mean by generating the purchase orders? Is the slowness from e.g. creating purchase orders from master planning or from purchase quotations? Please describe in detail what and when you experience the slowness.
