Container mixing constraints, one container per work order.

Hi Experts,

Is there anyway we can break containers per work id? In my scenario I'm using filter codes to break work by work templates.

I have grouped the container per header breaks and used container mixing constraints for filter code.

While release to warehouse system is creating container per filter code. Expectation is multiple filter codes can get into same container.

Anyway we can achieve it OOTB?

I have the same question (0)

If you want multiple filter codes to be part of same container, why did you configure the work template to group and break by filter code then?

Configure the work template to break by Container ID instead?

Yeah i did, but the problem is there are some hazardous products that cannot mix with each other. So i thought will use the filter codes and edit query to get the combination while creating work(One container per work), but there are multiple combination with more than 10 different types of dangerous items and their mixing logic in containers.

Is there anyway we can restrict products from mixing with other products based on the filter codes?

Does D365 support handling of dangerous materials during auto-containerization?

I haven't yet investigated the new feature in more detail, but maybe something they have that would allow you to filter the hazardous materials on without relying on filter codes?

Thanks Ivan, they have just added classes and division per item number and defined compatibility groups.

When loads/shipments are created we have to manually hit the compatibility check to see if items are compatible with each other. No real process around handling Hazardous materials.
