Sales Order form doesn't open

Hi everyone!

We have a problem in Dynamics NAV 2009 openning sales orders.

I can open quotes, customers most of forms but sales order form in particular doesn´t open recently last week.

I think this is happening by the recent windows 8 updates.

Do you have experiencing something like this?

    Alfredo., ya intente eliminar el fin.ZUP, elimine y cree el usuario, asigne los mismos roles que ya tenia y aun asi esta pasando igual.

    Ha cambiado el usuario, en caso de que sea un problema de permiso?

    Ninguna respuesta, el sistema se queda pensando o procesado sin ningun mensaje de error o aviso.

    If it's a windows based issue as you suspect you may get detail in the event viewer under the application section.

    The page itself has it been modified? Could be opening something which is causing the issue as the difference between a quote and order as standard will be minimal. If you have a MS partner they might be best placed to aid you here as reviewing the code on pages or forms is only possible if you have a DEV license for your version.
