Works Orders - Schedule Jobs --> Steps to setup Finite Properties

Good day all,

I've lost countless hours trying to get the Properties to work on Operations / job scheduling. 

although i've found resources explaining the concept of Properties, I haven't found steps to implement it. Does anyone know all of the steps to follow?
