In Dynamics GP, there are two ways of pricing. Standard and Extended Pricing
Standard pricing is represented with the usual "Price List" which contains of three main components; unit of measurement, currency and price level. In which you can set a certain price based on the quantity sold
Extended Pricing encompasses other complicated features related to base pricing and promotion prices, which is not the case you mentioned.
You can set sales inventory price based on volume of the quantity.
If you using standard pricing, Open Item Price List Maintenance window(Cards-->Inventory-->Price List) to set the inventory price based on volume of the quantity.
If you using Extended Pricing, you can also set sales inventory price based on volume of the quantity.
Before you using this, you need to know about the functionality of Extended Pricing. If you enable extended pricing, you can not use standard pricing (based on the price level).
Hope this helps!!!
Thanks... Standing pricing should work for us
