Can we set custom theme for UCI in MDPA? Even though my 365 web client app show the theme, UCI for MDPA was not showing the theme colors. Is there a way to set it?
Here is the link that says Themes are not implemented in UCI but it is dated March 2019 so not sure whether anything changed after that.

In that case, the behavior in Unified Interface is "by design" (and can indeed be slightly different from what you used to have in the legacy web client).
I suggest to open a suggestion here to share that feedback with the product team responsible for theming capabilities: powerusers.microsoft.com/.../PowerAppsIdeas
I am looking to change the background color for Read-Only/In Active records. Those records are greyed out in UCI instead of using the standard color.
