Hi,

I am currently trying to share an account with a user, and I have set the configurable cascading behaviour, so that when the account is shared, none of the emails are shared. This works well, but when I create a new email activity, this is shared automatically with the other user.

Is there a way to stop new activities on a shared account to be shared automatically?

Can you set the value of share record automatically with other owner to No and check the behavior?

Hey,

Had a look and It is already set to No, the issue occurs also with a custom activities that we would prefer to keep private from the user that the account it shared with.

are you sure it's being shared or can the user view all email activities? Can they view other email activities to accounts which have not been shared with them

You could possible look at access teams to share the account#crmbusiness.wordpress.com/.../crm-2013-mb2-703-access-teams-and-access-team-templates-how-to-use-them-and-key-facts
