Hi all,

We need to capture customer data either existing customer or new leads via online enquiry forms.

They also need to ability to make bookings online and the CRM system needs to store all this info.

I'm currently determining what the best combination of systems + D365 is.

D365  + Marketing module for booking management?

Microsoft Portals?

or

Sitecore CMS?

    Hi,

    You can use any of these but I guess best option is to use Dynamics 365 Portal as it comes free with the enterprise license so you don't need to spend more on additional licencing. This has inbuilt feature of registration/ login and lead capture/contact us. However you need to build/customize to achieve the booking system which I think shouldn't be hard if you already have the design in your CRM.

    So when you say 'build and customise' do you mean customising the Portal add on with out any use of code?

    Yes, for portals its is mostly customization & configuration.

    Refer below blog on how to expose CRM entity Lead to Portals. You will get some idea about the configuration 7 customization
