Importing solution: full formXml is expected to update base form

Hi guys,

here is the situations:

We have two solutions, they both have the same entity, but second solution just adds one field to the entity and that field to the main form.

We upgraded the first solution to delete some plugin steps, but when we did that, the form of the shared solution got deleted (the field in the second solution still exists) and when we try to import second solution we got only: "full formXml is expected to update base form" error.

Any advices how to fix that?
