Emails delivering to junk folder for Microsoft Accounts (hotmail, outlook, live, msn...)

Hello,

In the past month we have seen our bulk marketing emails delivering to Microsoft accounts junk folders. I noticed a decrease in the overall open rate of emails and upon further inspection it was the Microsoft accounts causing the issue.

Has anyone experienced this before? my ESP states that we are not doing anything wrong and are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue but we seem to be getting nowhere.

Looking at the documents you sent over this is for inbound emails?

My issue is with landing in people inbox for my outbound email.

Need to validate the email being sent and validate the message tracer to see why such outbound emails being sent to user junk folder.

Probably the Office 365 outlook and Exchange team can address if you have already reached out MS support with the required logs.
