intercompany Journal template is loosing the ic partner fields upon import

Hi i am trying to import an intercompany Journal template which looses the following fields upon import the balancing account no, the balancing account type and IC Partner G\L account although these have been specified on the IC journal template

Do you validate the Journal Batch Name during your import? The standard balancing accounts are read from the Journal Batch.

When you say Import an Intercompany Journal you are trying to Import an Intercompany General Journal via Configuration Package or a custom tool? If Configuration Package are you using Table 81 with a Journal Template that is Type Intercompany?

You have a Batch setup, yes?

Does your Config Package look like this?

Mine populated the Journal with the information below.
