How to display message for 2 different fields in business central

Hi Guys,

I have 2 fields on purchase order .i.e. Stock date & dock date.

I want shows the messages for both the fields. For example :When I select stock date then then message box shows (stock date 1/31/2024) & When i select dock date then message box shows (stock date 2/29/2024).

Hi

I would say that you should use the Message in the Validate of the field.

Hi, gdrenteria is right, depending on your needs, it can be easily solved using Message Method.

You can also add a new Notifications to display at the top of the page.
