Can a document be posted automatically once approved?

Hi everyone:

I submit a document and once approved I needed to find it out and click post.

can it be setup to be posted automatically once approved by the last approver within the chain ?

    There is a workflow option to Post the sales/purchase in the background. You can explore that

    search for workflow event/response combinations. You can add the possibility in there and then choose for it to happen in the workflow
