Hi everyone:

I submit a document and once approved I needed to find it out and click post.

can it be setup to be posted automatically once approved by the last approver within the chain ?

I am not sure if this is possible or not. But you can look into Power Automation. Something like this joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../

search for workflow event/response combinations. You can add the possibility in there and then choose for it to happen in the workflow
