Error while approving any Purchase/Sales document

Hi,
 
I am getting the below error message while approving any purchase/sale document. I have checked with other consultants and i found this the standard BC issue. can anyone suggest the solution?

    Can you confirm on this?
    You need to get in touch with the partner.

    This issue might be due to incorrect or incomplete approval setup. Even if others face it, it’s not always a standard bug—it can depend on tenant configuration. Best to involve your Microsoft partner to review and resolve this properly.

    Hi,
     
    As per my debugging, I have found the solution and it's working.

    Please search globally for "Workflow-Table Relation" and look for the entry where the "Related Table ID" field shows 6225182. Just delete that line and check again.
