Dynamic NAV Connection Issue: "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided."

I'm trying to connect Power BI desktop to our on premise NAV 2018.

In NAV, I'm copying the ODATA URL under Web Services directly into the ODATA URL feed on Power BI. It asks for my username and password. I enter it in as follows <domain>//<user account> and utilize the web services access key retrieved from NAV.

Once I select /Connect/ it says, /We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.

Can it be opened directly in the browser? First of all, you have to confirm whether OData Services has been enabled in NAV Administration (it is disabled by default).

    Also note your Credential Types:

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
