Could anyone please help me with this.

you can hide those entities based on user security role or from CRM customization.
If you remove user permission to read / write from those entities, then those will not be displayed on mobile application.
If user has permission but just want to hide from mobile then use CRM customization, go to entity customization page and uncheck "Enable for mobile" option.

could you please send me the screenshot, to remove user permission. Because I cannot find those entities based on security role to edit
You need to edit user role and need to remove create, read, write and delete permission.
Those entities are in different security role tabs. please check below screen shots

Here is the screenshot - For product entity you navigate to under Sales tab.
For Contract and Knowledge Article entity navigate to under Service tab.
Under Business Management you can find Goal ,Goal Matrices and rollup Query entity.
Under Service Management you can find the Service entity.
