how to set default system timezone

HI All, I am trying to figure out how/where I can change our system default timezone. I believe we are setup as GMT, but as our business operates at EST, this causes us problems.
I know we can change the user preference for timezone, but I cant find a global setting for timezone.

Any help in pointing the way would be appreciated.

Hi DFCPSA,

The time zone settings depend on each user's individual settings.
If you want to change the default time zone for all users, it is recommended to use the "user settings" in xrmtoolbox.

If you want to set the default time zone for new users, you can use power automate to update the time zone preferences when creating new users.
