I am looking for recommendations for a new Dynamics 365 BC business partner. We used EnVista for implementation and are not happy with the service.

You are going to get a lot of suggestions for new partners. You need to consider your type of business and find a partner that has some expertise in that industry.

Just because a partner is geographically close to you that doesn't make them a good fit for your support needs. The same holds true for placement on AppSource Consulting, just because they are a large partner doesn't make them better at supporting your business.

Find a partner that services your industry and you'll be much happier in the long term.
