IE 11 can't download .ZIP files from PartnerSource

Hello everybody

I'm getting error message when I click on downloading .zip files.

https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/northamerica/deployment/downloads/product-releases/MDGP2016_Release_Download#Downloads

Our apologies...An unexpected error occurred.


In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact support and reference error ID: a71bdc19-4cbb-40ed-af0e-86fe1785a0ef.

I 'm in touch with ITMBSSUP@microsoft.com but workaround solution resetting IE didn't fix the problem.

Anyone else gets same error message?
