Sales Navigator And Dynamics 365 Integration

Whenever I am clicking on enable crm sync checkbox it gives me an error that “ Unable to sync because a user with the same e-mail address could not be found in the CRM

Please provide me solution as quick as possible

    You receive this error if the primary email of the Seat owner or user in Dynamics CRM does not match that in Sales Navigator.
