Points Discrepancy Issue in Member Points Statistics – Need Help with Full Sync

Detail:

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a points balance discrepancy in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically within the Points statistics module. The issue is as follows:

  • Total Issued Points: 5,030

  • Used Points: -5746

  • Points Balance: 66 (instead of the expected -715.93 or 716 in whole numbers)

  •

I suspect a miscalculation or a synchronization issue might be causing the incorrect balance. I've tried reviewing transaction history and checking settings, but the balance still doesn’t reflect correctly.

I’d like to know:

The image below is the breakdown of the Points balance, which is 66.
  1. What could be causing this discrepancy?

  2. How can I perform a full sync to resynchronize the points correctly?

  3. Are there specific settings in Business Central that might affect how points are calculated during order entry?

I have the same question (0)

Is this a standard feature? This appears to be a custom feature, please contact your partner to resolve the issue.

    Thanks.

Yes, it was customized. By the way, I’ve already resolved the issue of unreflected redemption through the export/import of config packages. The process involved setting the entry type for sales to open: false, then for redemption, ensuring the remaining points are calculated as total issued minus used points. The latest redemption date is set to open: true, while all other redemption entries are set to false.
