Hi,

I`m trying to make a field for a password.

What i want to do is if there is some text on the field, it will be replace with "**********".

Example:

Password : pass1234                       Password: ************

I search on the web and nothing comes Up, does anyone had this problem already?

    Just to throw this out there - can you use Field Level Security here to meet your requirements?

    Yes i can use Security Fields. Thanks

    But i also want to know if it`s possible to do this with Javascript?

    I don't believe I've seen anyone do this. I imagine you would need a second, hidden field to store the actual value while the field being used for input would be intercepting the key press event of the field, moving the value to the second field and outputting an asterisk. Sounds cumbersome and you would still need some mechanism for displaying the password as well.
