in our organisation, we need to cover 3 different languages in CRM, english, german and now also french. In our development department we are able to manage the translations from and to english and german. We do not have the knowledge to translate from and to french.
This is why we are depending on "external" support by our internal customers in france, that do the translations for all new developments on a regular basis.
We know how to do export and import of translation by using the onboard tools as well as using XRMtoolbox with easy translator. With the new language that is not sufficient anymore and it contains a potential risk, that the translation excel gets corrupt due to handling faults by untrained people. We do not want to hand-over Excel files to our french internal customers for fields to get translated.
At the moment we use version 8.2 on-prem and plan on moving to the online version.
Is there a commercial tool or addon available, that can be used by non-developers in order to safely do translations in a CRM system?
