I have a user that continues to get an ERROR 401 - Unauthorized: access is denied.
I had created his account prior to the 2013 upgrade, but the first time he tried to log in was after the upgrade. Since that didn't work, we tried a new account with a different email for him - same thing.
All other 401 issues I have found posted are in regards to the on-premise version. This is the 2013 online. Any ideas? Thank you!

Thanks Caleb!
I of course beat Microsoft to the punch - I just this second got the message as well -
"Starting on 12/02/2013 12:44 PM -08:00 Pacific Time (UTC-08:00), we detected a problem with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Your users might not be able to sign in right now or they might have trouble using some features.
We’ve got people working on a solution and you can get more information about it in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Service blog."
Hello HoustonBrooke.
I am not sure when you tried to log in, but I was working with CRM 2013 online earlier today and it was working fine. When I just tried to log back in I received the same 401 Error. A partner just answered my question with this response.
Microsoft is aware of the issue. They had just broadcasted via email "There’s an interruption to the service. We’ll fix it ASAP"
Hope that helps, if this has been an issue that has been occurring for some time now, I am not sure what it could be.
