    Hi,

you should check your service health in the Office365 admin center: support.office.com/.../how-to-check-office-365-service-health-932ad3ad-533c-418a-b938-6e44e8bc33b0

    Hi Ramesh ,

There are  many reason which  may make dynamics CRM slow . Try to check below -

    - Application Server configuration , free space.

    - Database server configuration , free space.

    - Check the system processes which is taking more memory try to stop the process and check.

In addition you can also check below  reference . Hope this helps you.

    Hi Ramesh,

A good browser cache clear out also helps now and again, especially if there have been recent customisation changes.

Also, as browsers are updated you may see minor “issues” appear in one browser but not others.

    Cheers,

    John

    Ramesh,

You should try and also check if there are any network bottlenecks that you have (and might not have head previously), as well as if SQL Server performance is optimal.

I would try and pinpoint of the issue is SQL related or CRM Server related. That might help you troubleshoot a little better.

See the link below for SQL Server monitor and performance tuning:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../monitor-and-tune-for-performance

    Hope this helps.

I remember in any performance issue the first thing I used to do is disable plugins and verify the performance.

Have seen several scenario where the performance was poor due to incorectly registered or poorly designed plugins.

If you have any other dev/test environment, do check the performamce there. If same poor performance then it may be relayed to the custpmization i.e having too many foelds sections tabs etc

You will have to isolate it and rule out all thw possibilities one by one.

    Hope this helps

    Dear Ramesh,

There can be many reasons why it feels like slow all of a sudden. The root cause needs to be identified first.

    Check below points:

    1. Was there a recent solution deployment? If so, check if there is any solution component which can cause issues.

    2. Was there a network related changes recently?

    3. Was there any server side [app & DB] changes recently?

    4. Is the issue in specific CRM pages? eg: Account Page, Contact Page, Case page etc?

    5. Is the issue in specific browser?

    6. Is the issue during the peak concurrent usage timings?

    7. Is the diagnostic url stats looks fine?

    8. Is the web API [REST] query returns fast - you can create a sample REST api query to return all contacts begin with 'A' or something like that to check this?

Answering above points will help you to narrow down the root cause and find the exact root cause.

Please refer to my blog post on performance tuning - updated with additional checks ar client sidehttps://dynamicscrmguru.com/2017/04/26/actions-to-improve-performance-in-microsoft-crm-on-premise-11-checks/

Check if the data centre region is different from the users region. This will also have impact in the performance of the application.  The Dynamics CRM might get clogged and slows down if both the regions are using the application at the same time.
