How to reverse values that has been input in Dimension?

Hi Community,

I would like to find out..

In sales orders, my users will often input the Shortcut to Dimension Code 1 and Shortcut to Dimension Code 2 and post it as Posted Sales Invoice as shown below.

a. May I know, if I want to reverse this Posted Sales Invoice, will the values in Dimension 2 and Dimension 3 also be reverse?

b. If possible to reverse, may I know the steps to do it?

c. If not possible to reverse, can you advise what should be the next step? What do we do with the amount value in

That's correct, when you revert the document, the operations with these dimensions will also be reversed.

after reversing,normally using credit memo, the amount of the transaction will net to zero. since the dimensions are attached to the transactions, you could see it as reversed as well.

It will also be reversed.

If you are concerned, you can copy a company and test it there.
