    Hello,

If it working for authenticated users and not anonymous users, we might just be missing the web role on the entity permission.

Please check to make sure you have the Anonymous Users web role added to the global read.

I pulled this from our documentation:

Optional default web role for unauthenticated users: The Anonymous Users Role is intended to be used with Entity Permissions. It will not respect any other rules or permissions. By enabling the "Anonymous Users Role" it will become the default web role for all users. There can only be one Anonymous Users web role for unauthenticated users.

I hope this will help resolve your issue.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Please check the Anonymous Users web role and make sure is it the default.  When you open the web role, you will see Anonymous Users Role - Yes.

If this is the same as the screenshot below, may I suggest opening a new support ticket for an engineer to assist you with troubleshooting.

    Thanks,
