Hi all,

I would like to give our CEO only Approve and Reject permission for purchase invoice and payment making. I don't want him to touch anything other than approve and reject. Can anyone help?

Additionally, looking at My settings, there is Role. Clicking on three dots, he can choose any roles that used in our company. How can I restrict him for only one role?

D365 Team Member makes the most sense based on what you want them to do. Make a copy of this and then take our table data for areas you don’t want them to access. No restrictive permissions sets exist OOTB so you have to create your own
