Recommendations for GP support vendors

Not sure if this is the forum, but looking for recommendations for support vendors for GP. The past two companies I have worked with have limited staff. I am going through a small upgrade (additional module) and it is dragging out weeks because of their limited support staff. So a larger company would be ideal.

Check out GPUG (https://www.gpug.com), they have a user conference coming up in Oct. Its a good opportunity to network and possibly find a good vendor to work with. I'm sure there will be some good upgrade stories to go around too.

Larger partners have certain individuals that have experience with parts of GP and sometimes its hard for them to bring it all together. Watch out for certain customizations since it will make it difficult to upgrade 5 years from now.
