Cannot void AP Invoice

We have several very old invoices in AP that I do not seem to be able to void. I have not been able to locate them in the AP sql tables either. They are very old and I would remove them with a sql statement if I could find them. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks, Bill

    When you say that you cannot void, what do you mean?  Do you get an error?

    Excellent point, these were several years old, and I am guilty of feeling certainly there must be an issue with these docs. But when I verified there was an open balance and a partially applied balance. Thanks for pointing me back at the cause. Bill

    I also could not understand as you said that you could not locate AP’s in SQL table and also want to remove using SQL. If you simply want to remove AP’s using SQL approach then find your AP’s in following SQL tables.

    SELECT *FROM PM00400

    SELECT *FROM PM20000

    SELECT *FROM PM30200

    SELECT *FROM PM30300

    SELECT *FROM PM30401

    SELECT *FROM PM30600

    SELECT *FROM PM30700

    SELECT *FROM PM30800

    After removing from above tables, run reconcile against Vendor using Microsoft Dynamics GPàUtilitiesàPurchasingàReconcile navigation

    Thanks, we did get this resolved by doing a little AP housekeeping applying a remainder of the payment then journaling it out. So our issue is solved. I was looking in the POP tables I guess thats why I could not find the docs. Thanks for your reply. Bill
