In one of our Dynamics CRM 2015 environments, all assign requests have stopped working.
No matter whether the request is done through the CRM frontend, or the SDK, the assign request does not fail but it does not do anything.
This is on all entities, regardless of security role.
For example, System Administrators are no longer able to assign processes - the system displays the usual 'processing' message, but the workflow is not re-assigned.
We have very recently applied patch 0.3 to this environment, but we've applied this to all of our other environments without this issue occuring.
Any ideas where to look?
