Fiscal Printers

Has anybody worked with fiscal printers in SL? We have to print invoices and credit memos in fiscal printers but this kind of printers requires an especial comunication with the software and the printers have a memory card to record taxes and sales information. What we want to do is to print trouhgh OM module using this kind of printer.

    we have the same problem

    we have using microsoft RMS for POS systems. we have Fiscal printers and we too want to print trough OM module.

    does anyone done that ???

    We are trying to do that by getting the Fiscal Printer software vendor to provide a web service to which we shall send  the information to be put on the tax receipt.

    This would be a customization on the payment entry screen.

    What would be better is to have them write a "printer driver" and just have the SL user select that as the print destination.

    Not yet complete.
