Hi, The main error message should be "Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Hope the following helps, and you can google for more information.

    Thanks

Getting this error when I'm trying to launch NAV 2016 from client location,

server side its working without any issue

    1.Uninstalled nav and installed again,

    2.firewall disabled and tried,

    3.net framework repaired with tool.

4.In event viewer I'm getting Watson report error also

5.when i tried to change client user settings to Windows, I'm getting another popup Message is like " server and client authentication config issue

" SO THAT MEANS CLIENT CONNECTION IS HITTING TO SERVER"
