    Hello Michael,

I think I know what is the problem. You need to change the format settings for the users set for the APPPOOL in IIS. Change the format to English (United States) and in Administrative tab, click "Copy settings" and check the 2 checkboxes.

I hope it will correct your issue.

    Cheers,

I changed the Format on Backend- and Frontendserver. But the error remains.

    Currently I've installed 6.2.0.342

I changed this on the backend server. Do you use the last version of Field service ? Maybe an update can solve the problem.

I tried to change the "Format" in "Region" to "English (United States)" and executed the IISRESET. But nothing changed.

Have you changed this on the Frontend- or the Backend-Server?

    Hello,

I got this error a few time ago. I solved it by :

Change Region>Format to “English (United States)” on the CRM server

    Reset IIS

    Hope it helps
