Mass Deployment & Upgrading of Store Commerce via Intune (with out local admin)

Scratching my head on updating Store Commerce via Intune, installing the application in user context with the user not having local admin rights.

What am I missing?
Is this even possible? 
Could this be an NTFS issue? 


NB; Initial installation is possible via Intune as onboarded device has local admin, allowing it to install all pre requisites in user context. Local admin is then removed via a remediation script. For obvious reasons having a POS running with local admin is not ideal.

    Thankyou for your reply, unfortunately I was not able to find any reference to the rights issues I am having.
    Installer fails for  me in user context when the user does not have local admin and fails in this fashion.
