Purchase requisition workflow auto-escalation

Hi All,

I made the following setups. but the purchase requisition does not escalate the workflow to the next level (managerial hierarchy). Please guide me for auto - escalation of the workflow based on the time limit and the hierarchical setup.

    Hi Neeta,

    Are all three batch jobs setup and working correctly for the workflow? What is the recurrence for the workflow due date processing batch job?

    Thank you Will. I have read the escalation link before..It was mentioned in there that there is no automatic escalation at least until December 2020. I was keen to know if there is an auto-escalation function available in D365 now? and if the escalation time limit can be setup, how to use this time limit so as to escalate the workflow to the next managerial hierarchy level.

    Hi Andre,

    There is no batch run. We are manually submitting the purchase requisition workflow and expect it to auto-escalate if it is not approved / rejected with the set time limit as per the workflow setups.

    Please advise.

    Hi Neeta,

    For the workflow to work correctly, you need to have the workflow configuration set up correctly which will then enable batch jobs:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../run-the-workflow-infrastructure-configuration-wizard
