Odd Errors when opening customer accounts

Hello-

We get strange errors when we create new customers, often times it happens around the same time (see attached Photos).

 We typically have to 

shut down POS and go to task manager, kill the remaining service and then restart, or reboot the computer.

    Hello,

    From what it sounds like, this doesnt happen every time correct? When you auto-create your customer ID, what number is it on?

    Do you always use either the auto-create or do you sometime manually create numbers? To ensure RMS runs smoothly, please only use one method, either let the system auto-generate, or manually enter them.
